 Visitors will find us in one of America’s most historic and scenic coastal resorts, Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Now in our 37th year, we offer our patrons fine art in a variety of styles and media. We limit our artists and offerings to those who have achieved a high level of accomplishment reflected in their distinctive style. Paintings, sculpture, and ceramics are among the offerings.

Among those represented are the highly acclaimed impressionist painter, the late, Ray Ellis of Martha’s Vineyard; abstract painter Laura Edwards (VA); South Carolina painters William McCullough, and Mike Williams, landscape painter Paula Holtzclaw OPA (NC);  still-life artist, Ellen Buselli OPA (NY);  Award Winning Pastel artist Lisa Gleim (GA); Florida watercolorist Martha dePoo, National Academy of Design member, the late Donald Holden (NY), Plein air Painter Linda Arnold (NY); master Egg Tempera painter, Daniel Ambrose (FL); ceramic artist Glenda Taylor (FL). The gallery represents a growing number of American award winning sculptors: Amy Kann FNSS (PA), Gwen Marcus FNSS (NY), Catherine Ferrell (FL), and Sandy Scott, FNSS (WY), Tony Hochstetler, FNSS (CO).

We are pleased to announce that we are now representing Susan Wakeen, born in Worcester, MA; After twenty eight years in the doll business, and with encouragement from her husband, family, and friends, Wakeen turned her attention completely to the fine art of sculpture. Wakeen studied at Boston School of Fine Art; later studying with Joshua Graham and Dorothy Lepler, who would become influential in teaching her discipline, observation, and control. Susan continued her studies at the Scottsdale Artist School with world renowned instructors including Betty Patt Gatliff, noted artists Rosalind Cook, and Tuck Langland, among others.For the past twelve years she has been pursuing a career as a fulltime sculptor and her works are now found in homes, and collections throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia.
