This piece is the newest family work, and is full of the parent/child enigma. "I'm big enough to do this on my own, but you're still right there, aren't you?” The edge of the water seemed the perfect setting for this piece, as the mother gathers her skirt to wade a bit with her son while he explores the wonders of the water.

The first casting of this piece was sold to a collector before it was finished. It will be my entry for the New York shows next season.
